This portal provides two login methods:
- This is the recommended login method and is using your ESA/COSMOS credentials for authentication. If this method fails, your Euclid id may not be matched to your ESA/COSMOS account yet. If you still have access to the Projects' portal by any other login method, check your Settings, you can add/correct your ESA/COSMOS credentials yourself in the 'Authentication' section Otherwise please either raise an issue for the Projects' Portal Redmine project or contact us on the #help-portals channel on the EC slack workspace.
- for this login method, you have to use your Euclid-registered email address and a password that was initially sent to you by this portal (not to be confused with the password provided by another portal!). You can always change that password in your Settings afterwards.
IMPORTANT! * Be aware that all OLD local accounts on the projects portal have expired during the migration to the new portal. If you still need one, you will have to apply for a new one. * Local accounts are NOT the same as your Tracking portal account or accounts on any other portal (hence 'local') * If you cannot log in with your ESA/COSMOS account, make sure that you reset your password at ESA if you have not done so yet after October 6, 2023. If you still cannot log in, follow the instructions above to contact us.
If you are a first-time user and cannot log in with your ESA/COSMOS credentials, nor have received a temporary password for the 'Local' login, please contact us (and provide us with your ESA/COSMOS account name if available). You can do so by either raising an issue for the Projects' Portal Redmine project or by dropping us a message on the #help-portals channel on the EC workspace.
